Where do you ship from?

All online orders ship from our Whimsy Lane studio in Arizona! 🌵💕

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location

How much is shipping?

  • USA: Calculated at checkout

  • International: Flat $25 USD

Do you offer local pickup?

We cannot offer local pick-up at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before purchasing!

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges can be done for online-only items if the piece is unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I care for my vintage items?

Most vintage clothing prefers gentle care! We recommend:

  • Cold wash or hand wash when possible

  • Spot cleaning delicate fabrics

  • Dry cleaning for wool, coats, gowns, or special pieces

If an item requires special care, it will be noted in the listing.

Do you host in-store events?

Where is your store location?

  • Columbus, Ohio – Brewery District

755 South Hight Street (next to the Local Cantina)

We have free 2 hour parking right in front of the building, or free parking spaces behind the building for easy access.

Are your items authentic vintage?

Yes! Every piece is hand-curated by Destinee and the Whimsy Lane team. We offer clothing and accessories from the 1940s–early 2000s.
